Nolan Meats currently employs over
290 people in areas ranging from animal husbandry/livestock
handling through to meat processing, quality control, information
technology, construction and maintenance, engineering, sales/marketing
and customer service, administration, transport and distribution.

Nolan Meats is a vertically integrated company, which means
we are involved in almost every step of the meat industry
supply chain. We feedlot and process cattle, process veal,
operate a cold store, wholesale and transport product, as
well as construct and maintain an extensive range of plant
and equipment. This means that there are many opportunities
in a number of different areas, available to Nolan Meats
employees, in terms of career development.
Nolan Meats has a long history of training meat industry
professionals. In early 1998 we formalised this activity
by adopting the MINTRAC
[National Meat Industry Training Advisory Council] training system which is accredited under
the Australian Quality Training Framework. Qualifications
issued by Nolan Meats are recognised throughout Australia
