Nolan Meats is involved in numerous events in partnership with the local community. These events include:

GYMPIE CARCASS CLASSIC
Nolan Meats has proudly supported and promoted the "Carcass Classic" since its inception in 1986. The Carcass Classic is an annual event organised by the Gympie District Beef Liaison Group which culminates in an Award Dinner held in July every year. In 2005 the Gympie District Beef Liaison Group received the "Agforce Queensland Best Educational Program Award" at the Red Meat Innovation Awards for their hosting of the Carcass Classic.

NATIONAL COUNTRY MUSIC MUSTER
The National Country Music Muster is Australia's premier music festival. Set among the towering gums and leisurely lagoons of the beautiful Amamoor Creek State Forest Park in Queensland, it attracts more than 25,000 people and around 15,000 camp out for the entire six-day festival in the last weekend in August each year. www.muster.com.au

Since 2000 Nolan Meats has sponsored the Muster Cup Race Day, with the Gympie Turf Club. Usually a six event program headlined by the 1600m Nolan Meats Muster Cup along with other Nolan Meats sponsored race events, the Nolan Meats Muster Cup is usually held the Friday the week before Muster weekend.

For your dining pleasure at the Muster, Nolan Meats hosts the "Private Selection Steakhouse". This venue provides Muster patrons with the opportunity to escape from the Muster crowds and enjoy the serenity of the lagoon scenery while dining on a perfectly cooked, top quality steak on a cold winter's day.

The "Private Selection Steakhouse" is open for lunch and dinner on Muster Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Diners can choose from a range of choice cuts of meat, all specifically selected by Nolan Meats. Much of the produce is also sourced locally from Nolan Meats' very own property on Wide Bay Creek in the Cinnabar District.
